Steps in Grace Principle:
IDENTITY

We acknowledged that our lives had become unmanageable and came to accept our identity in Jesus Christ, trusting in God to restore us to a life of hope and purpose.

TRUST.

GRACE.

IDENTITY.

Faith and Trust:

Isaiah 40:31- But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (KJV)

Hebrews 11:1 - Faith means being sure of the things we hope for. And faith means knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. (ICB)

New identity in Christ:

2 Corinthians 5:17 - This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun! (NLT)

(Also, see below: Verses in "How to Begin your Identity in Christ and 33 for Me)

We are Forgiven, Loved, and Called to study the Word, grow and serve:

John 3:16 - For this is how God loved the world; He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. (NLT)

Psalm 36:5 - Your unfailing love, O Lord, is as vast as the heavens; your faithfulness reaches beyond the clouds. NLT

2 Corinthians 12:9 - But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. (NIV)

Philippians 2:13 - For God is working in you, giving you the desire and the power to do what pleases him. (NLT)

Isaiah 40; Psalm 23
